You will never have to talk to an automated system and we will do our best to be available to our customers as we believe in treating people right and our customers are important to us. We understand that in a world where businesses don't care for or respect customers, their own ethics or morals much less themselves - that human relations can become cold and distant. Especially when you've been talking to a robot after being put on hold for an hour because they can't seem to find the time to answer their own phones. We believe in doing business in a more ethical and respectful way. We will answer our phones and you will actually be able to talk to a human being. We will treat you with honesty and integrity because we care. And we promise to pay our taxes and not to forget about our resonsibility to the community. So from our shop to you and yours with much love, God Bless. Please take the time to consider donating your old, unwanted or broken instruments to our GIVE BACK recycle program. Even if its just a few parts. Don't throw them away. We can repair them or use them to rehab other broken guitars. We will take your old instruments or parts clean them up, repair them and send them to useful places like our community school music programs, local church musical programs or to our low income scholarship program. Thanks for your support. |

Most Recent Work: Recently Michael Mann brought in his 2005 Taylor 314ce-L10 Fall Limited Edition Koa. It had been leaned against a car and forgotten. Then when the driver pulled away it fell and they ran over the neck and it was demolished. The body was dragged down the driveway and through some wet grass face down and it looked horrible. Talk about a heart breaker! We re-finished the body, replaced an incorrect Martin pick guard someone put on it and ordered him a new neck from Taylor and did a neck install and shim size reset to get that neck at just the right angle. Then did a set up to get it playing like butter. What a great looking guitar! Now it sounds and plays just as good!
